Transparent scoring, zero black boxes
We score every opportunity on a transparent 0-100 scale using six factors. For recompete candidates, we estimate likely recompete windows based on contract end dates, typical cycle lengths, and option period keywords — plus a takeover signal based on agency switching behavior and incumbent concentration.
