Contract Description

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source Award The 36th Contracting Squadron at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam intends to award a non-competitive, sole source award to proposed contractor, Monaco Enterprises, (32609) with authority cited in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." and 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1). D-21 fire alarm system is required for 36 CES. The proposed contractor is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required technical specifications necessary for compliance with Department of War and Department of the Air Force regulations and policies.
