Contract Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Northrop Grumman System Corporation, Sunnyvale, CA. for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) hardware components and support services for High Pressure (HP) and Low Pressure (LP) Propulsion Turbine Rotors and Overhaul Kits. The contractor shall provide technical team, with verified expertise, of the High Pressure and Low Pressure Propulsion Turbine Rotors and associated equipment work items for engineering, inspection, maintenance, overhaul kits (Steam Critical Spares Program), and repair, and fabrication.
