Contract Description

THIS IS MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. NO PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. Schriever SFB is potentially acquiring services to maintain the HSQ Energy Management Control System (EMCS) that is located on Schriever. The description of the requirement is as follows: The contractor shall perform nonpersonal services on the HSQ Energy Management Control System (EMCS) consisting of: firmware updates, software updates, graphics updates, automation controls analysis & optimization, emergency on-line response and emergency on-site response at Schriever Space Force Base (SFB). The contractor may be called upon to provide support in addition to these services via work order (WO). HSQ has proprietary rights over the system.
