Title: NRM 654-26-020 - Building 12 Pump Power Relocation Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, has a requirement for a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to relocate and add additional power legs to the water pumps in the Building 12 basement. Scope of Work: The Contractor shall install emergency power, relocate the normal power onto the existing motor control center (MCC), and install a new manual transfer switch (MTS) to correct existing system deficiencies where pumps currently have no emergency power source.
