Contract Description
In accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) 8.401 and General Services Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) 538.7104-3(b)(1)(ii) , this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source consignment blank purchase agreement (BPA) for a base year plus four additional option years.
