Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement Cepheid Reagents & Consumables The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, located at 260 E. University Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45219-2356, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract with a five (5) year ordering period to one large business, Cepheid. The contract will be used as a procurement vehicle to acquire reagents and consumables for the Cepheid GeneXpert System currently used at the VISN 10, Cincinnati Veterans Affairs Medical Center (CVAMC), Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service (P&LMS) at 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220-2213.
