The Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 04 Office intends to negotiate a sole source in accordance with RFO 12.102(a) under the authority of RFO 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures, supplying Philadelphia VA Medical Center s need for a replacement bulb for their SCANCO MicroCT 50 system along with onsite installation and pre- and post-repair support services, as supplied by SCANCO USA, Inc., located at 1100 Wembley Drive, Wayne, PA 19087. The sole source justification for this action will be posted with the Notice of Award.
