Contract Description
FACTOR 1 TECHNICAL FACTOR 2 DELIVERY FACTOR 3 PRICE FACTOR 1 Technical Quoter shall provide a description of the supplies to be quoted. The supplies shall be in accordance with the schedules and attachments of the solicitation.
