This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine the interest and capability of businesses to meet the requirements listed below. Description of Requirement: 1. Background: The old marquee signs utilize outdated technology that is failing and making it harder for Veterans to get information as they are entering the VA campus. With the signs being outdated, they are getting harder to update and starting to lose functionality.
