Request for Information-Market Survey Air Marine Interdiction Mock Training Facility Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) Glynco, GA The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District, is conducting additional market research to identify potential parties having interest in and capability of performing construction specialty trade services for the construction of a mock training facility with the requirement of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA).
