Contract Description
The Government requires a follow-on, non-personal services contract to provide 24/7/365 intrusion detection system monitoring and remote telephonic technical support for three (3) of its community-based clinics. The Intrusion Detection and Duress systems at the specified locations are Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). The contractor shall provide: Alarm Monitoring & Reporting: Continuous (24/7/365, including public holidays) monitoring of the Intrusion Detection System. Upon alarm activation, the contractor shall immediately notify designated Government personnel and/or local authorities.
