Contract Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, MD, intends to award a sole-source contract to Hoffman Engineering, LLC. This contract is for the necessary repair, replacement of electrical components, and calibration required to return 100% of the AN/V-126A-100 and AN/V-126A-3000 test sets to original manufacturer specifications. A sole-source award is required because Hoffman Engineering is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only company that possesses proprietary data, specialized tooling, and expertise to perform these repairs to the required standard.
