Contract Description
The United States Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) is issuing a Solicitation for the Design-Build of converting the Anzalduas Dam Storage Building to the Anzalduas Dam SSD Security Office and installing an emergency generator to provide emergency power to the new Security Office as well as to the Anzalduas Dam Headquarters buildings. The Construction includes, but is not limited to, site preparation, inspection of all systems and structures, disposal of debris and construction waste, quality control testing. The working hours of the USIBWC facility are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The Contractor and any subcontractors shall only work on site during these proposed hours.
