Contract Description
The purpose of this System for Award Management (SAM) announcement is to seek business sources capable of competing for this requirement. The Office of Financial Management (OFM) requires Appropriations Law (Refresher) training for 26-31 students to ensure budget analysts and related Departmental Office personnel maintain a high degree of experience and education in topics related to federal budgets and appropriations law.
