Contract Description
This is a Notice of Proposed Contract Action Synopsis. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will receive no response. this Proposed Contract Action is published to notify potential sources that NTDP intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract, on behalf of the USDA Forest Service, to StillMeadow for Aquatic Fish Toxicity Testing and Analysis. The results of this toxicity testing are critical for the Wildland Fire Chemical Systems and Aerial Fire Retardant Program. In order to update the long-term retardant specifications for safety of flight, environmental compliance, and human safety these toxicity studies are required to provide a robust update to an aging specification.
