Contract Description
This is a pre-solicitation notice to inform that The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity – Central (PCAC) will be soliciting for a electrical power study to including arc flash risk evaluation and mitigation requirements via a direct sole source SDVOSB contracting authority under FAR 13.106-1, Public Law (PL) 109-461, and 38 U.S.C 8127 Veterans First benefits program. We intend on awarding a contract to Enviros LLC, 220 Ramsey St. Hastings, Minnesota 55033. Enviros LLC is a verified SDVOSB. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 & Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
