Contract Description
Arcadia Lake Gate Tower Elevator Rehab. The US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS is seeking quotes for a total turn-key contract of Gate Tower Elevator Rehab at Arcadia Lake, Oklahoma. Work includes but is not limited to: install new Smartrise C4 nonproprietary elevator controller with solid state drive and VVVF control; install new wiring throughout the system; retain car and lobby fixtures, refurbish as needed; install new hoistway limit switches where required; replace GAL car door components as needed (rollers, Gibbs, acentric, etc.); clean and refurbish hoist way interlocks as needed; retain car and hoist way doors; new car top inspection station; retain geared machine and motor (rebuild 3 phase drive motor optional); install new push/pull stop switch in the pit; replace corrosion affected cond...
