Contract Description
The over-all goal of this Archaeological Survey is to provide cultural resource support to Hill AFB, Utah for a cultural inventory and site recordation of up to 5,000 acres. The project will be conducted at the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR), located approximately 80 miles west of Salt Lake City within the unique Paleoindigenous Old River Bed Delta landscape. The project is being conducted under the authority of 36 CFR Part 800, which implements Section 306108 (formally Section 106) and Section 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), in order to fulfill requirements outlined in the Hill AFB Integrated Cultural Resource Management Plan (ICRMP).
