DESCRIPTION: The American Embassy Baku hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an asphalt repair project for the U.S. Embassy Baku, Azerbaijan. The U.S Embassy Baku intends to issue a single Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract for the project. The Contractor is solely responsible for providing construction services necessary to meet the requirements of this contract.
