PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for CONSTRUCTION SOLICITATION NUMBER: EQ8PSCC250025 PROJECT TITLE: Aspinall Courthouse Chambers Renovation Grand Junction, Colorado DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED WORK: The current Chamber space in Level 3 of the Aspinall Courthouse does not offer sufficient privacy for the two judges housed in the District Court Space. The Customer and GSA intend to remodel the roughly 1800SF space to include private offices and a secure hallway for both judges and the Court staff, as well as an additional bathroom and kitchenette within the Chamber. Customer provided Design Intent Drawings (attached to this scope) display the intention; and this Design Build project shall provide all necessary documents andconstruction to accomplish the renovation.
