This solicitation will use trade-off source selection procedures under Best-value continuum. Proposals will be tentatively due during 3Q/4Q FY25. No amount is to be charged for solicitation documents. This solicitation is RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESS PARTICIPATION.
