Contract Description
The United States Government (USG) has a requirement for design-build construction services to replace the existing Direct Digital Control (DDC), and associated equipment with new equipment in Building 1501 located on Mountain Home Air Force Base (MHAFB). Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, services, oversight, and direction to complete the construction/installation of the requirements identified in this Statement of Work (SOW) to replace all controls for 2 AHU’s, 20 VAV’s with reheat, 4 VAV’s with reheat and CO2, 2 Fan coil units (AC-1&2), install 1 HVAC Emergency Shutdown switch, 1 hot water system control, 1 Hot water loop pump, 1 Outside Air sensor, and 1 BACnet Router
