Contract Description
This Statement of Work (SOW) is for the design, demolition, and installation of HVAC equipment at building 1510. The building is 4,400 square feet and conditioned with a 4-pipe system composed of a one year old chiller, 40 year old air handling unit with straight ducted air, and a 9 year old boiler system supply hot water coils. The air handling unit, hot water coils, and boiler will be the main components replaced. Please see attachment 01 for details.
