THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) the 301st Fighter Wing, Naval Air Station JRB, Fort Worth TX Contracting Office intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to WAIT MECHANICAL INC. This sole source contract action is required for completion of the following scope of work: Purchase and install replacement Java Application Control Engine (JACE) Operating System (OS) at Building 1790. This sole source contract action is based on the likelihood that only a single source can meet this requirement for the Government in a timely manner.
