This RFQ is amendment is issued to update the SOW, provide answers to questions, and extend the due date to 7/10/25 at 5:00 pm The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable of providing the following: ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES TO PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A REPAIR/MODIFICATION WORK PACKAGE FOR NAVY BARGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATEMENT OF WORK. See Attachment 1 for additional details. Required Period of Performance: 30 calendar days, commencing on the date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
