1. REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW The United States Air Force, 633rd Contracting Squadron (Langley AFB, VA), intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a non-competitive, single-source basis to Curtiss‑Wright/Tactical Communications Group (TCG). The requirement is for the procurement of the Battlefield Operation Support Systems (BOSS) Annual Support and Upgrades Gold Plan for nine (9) existing BOSS platforms currently utilized by the Air Combat Command (ACC).
