Specific instructions on submitting your offeror will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or about January 12, 2026, posted to SAM.gov website. No documents will be available until the solicitation is issued. The National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Veterans Affairs has a requirement for grounds maintenance at Benicia Arsenal Post Cemetery.
