Pre-solicitation notice A solicitation will follow this notice. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS) has a requirement for Bison Care and Facility Maintenance Services at the Bison Quarantine Facility, near Corwin Springs, Montana. The Contractor's price must include all costs associated with furnishing and performing all work required under the contract in a complete and acceptable manner.
