THIS REQUEST DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ANY CONTRACT AWARD. A SEPARATE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR THIS ACTION. This sources sought notice is issued for the sole purpose of conducting market research in accordance with the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Overhaul (RFO) Part 10.
