Contract Description
Bldg. 81 Repair Awning pictures uploaded per request. Amendment 0001: This amendment is to address the PPI questions received for this procurement, revised Statement of Work (SOW), incorporate WD, and to extend the closing date to 21 July 2025. Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport intends to issue a solicitation for replacement of Bldg. 81 East awning. The project will require the contractor to abate asbestos and lead. Remove and replace existing awning and repair effected surfaces. Remove existing 100’ awning on the Eastside of Bldg. 81 and replace with two smaller awnings. First Awning shall be 6’ deep and 12’ in length covering two existing doorways on Eastside of building. Second awning will be 6’ wide and 6’ long covering one exterior doorway.
