Contract Description
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (USACE), Philadelphia District (NAP) anticipates a requirement for a firm fixed-price service contract for portable toilets at the Blue Marsh Lake. The Blue Marsh Lake project, located in Berks County Pennsylvania is operated and maintained by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District. The contractor shall provide portable toilets for use at Blue Marsh Lake. Reasonable measures must be taken to safeguard against loss and/or damage of portable toilet units. The contractor shall assume all responsibility and bear all risk of said loss and/or damage. Handicapped accessible units shall meet State and Federal accessibility standards.
