Contract Description
The Contractor will provide a Call Center, Network Operations Center (NOC), and Security Operations Center (SOC) support for deployed Integrated Surveillance Tower (IST) systems and operator workstations and associated equipment at Border Patrol Station Command and Control Centers through the Border Patrol Technical Operations Center (BPTOC). The requirement consists of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and will be conducted for deployed IST towers systems along the southern and northern borders.
