Contract Description
This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside RFQ for the procurement, installation, and electrical integration of two (2) 20’ x 20’ Cornell Iron Works Model ESD10 (or brand-name equivalent) interior coil weathered service doors at Building 2079, JBSA Lackland. The required door specifications include a 22-gauge galvanized steel curtain, standard gray factory finish, extruded mill-finish aluminum bottom bar with astragal, lintel brush seal, single-guide weathering, motor operation with photo-eye safety sensors, and a 20 PSF wind load rating.
