Contract Description

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside RFQ for the procurement, installation, and electrical integration of two (2) 20’ x 20’ Cornell Iron Works Model ESD10 (or brand-name equivalent) interior coil weathered service doors at Building 2079, JBSA Lackland. The required door specifications include a 22-gauge galvanized steel curtain, standard gray factory finish, extruded mill-finish aluminum bottom bar with astragal, lintel brush seal, single-guide weathering, motor operation with photo-eye safety sensors, and a 20 PSF wind load rating. The contractor is responsible for installing a dedicated 120-Volt, 20-Amp circuit to each motor, setting and hardwiring a disconnect at each motor, piping conduit for the control switches and motion sensors, and pulling all necessary control wiring.
