Contract Description
AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W911S6-26-Q-A009 is to provide official Government responses to vendor questions, establish a mandatory evaluation baseline for pricing, and provide additional historical data to assist offerors. Specifically, this amendment accomplishes the following: Questions & Answers: Provides official Government responses to thirty-seven (37) vendor questions received via email and during the April 21, 2026, Site Visit. Mandatory BPN Index Baseline: Updates the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors) to establish Thursday, April 23, 2026, for the "Kinder Morgan – Altamont, Utah" posting as the mandatory Butane-Propane News (BPN) Index baseline for pricing.
