Contract Description
The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS) is conducting market research and is seeking competent and qualified construction firms to provide construction services for the renovation of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation( USBR) 100% humidity room in Building 56 on the Denver Federal Center (DFC) in Lakewood, Colorado. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Description of Work: The General Services Administration, Office of Acquisition Management (OAM), is initiating a project on behalf of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (USBR). This project will be renovating USBR’s 100% humidity room in Building 56 on the Denver Federal Center.
