HSR EL POLVORIN & SANTA ELENA GUARDHOUSE The National Park Service, Region 2, South Atlantic Gulf, intends to award a Firm Fixed price contract for A/E design services to complete two Historic Structure Reports (HSRs), including condition assessment, treatment recommendations, structural evaluation, and materials analysis, for the Santa Elena Powder Magazine (El Polvorín) and the Santa Elena Guardhouse for San Juan National Historic Site located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The scope of investigation shall include all components that make up each of these two buildings, including all construction projects under both Spanish and United States, or other, influence.
