The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified Architect-Engineering (AE) firm to provide Schematics, Design Development, Construction Documents, Technical Specifications, Construction Period Services, Site Visits, Cost Estimates, As-Built documentation and complete design for the replacement of Chiller #4, along with additional roof replacements as described in the Statement of Work.
