DESCRIPTION: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the establishment of an Architect-Engineering (A-E) Design Contract with services to be performed at the Charles George VA Medical Center located at Asheville, NC 28805. This requirement is being executed under a 100% Set-Aside to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms.
