SCOPE OF WORK: This contract will provide designs for expanding the electrical capacity of the Grand Junction VA Medical Center. The A-E is to provide design services to expand the electrical capacity of the Grand Junction VA Medical Center (2121 North Ave, Grand Junction, COÂ 81501). The contractor shall design the following: Statement of Work: The Grand Junction VA Medical Center campus has 22 buildings, with 321,557 gross square feet of space. To expand services, the VA requires additional electrical power on the north and east sides of the campus. The northern electrical room remodel will support future expansions while the newly created eastern electrical room will support temporary facilities that provide workspaces for displaced employees.
