Contract Description
This is a request for quote (RFQ) for CABG Suture Packs in accordance with the statement of work (SOW) found in the attached solicitation. All vendors providing a quote must be registered with SAM.gov. Quotes are required to include SAM UEI numbers. Offerors should provide sufficient technical documentation (e.g., product literature, specifications, or features) to allow for thorough evaluation of the quotation. No used, refurbished, or remanufactured supplies or equipment/parts shall be provided. This procurement is for new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) items only. No gray market items shall be provided.
