Amendment 3 - The government is still waiting on all of the submitted questions to be answered. ONCE ALL QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED, AN ADDITIONAL AMENDMENT WILL BE POSTED WITH QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS. Additionally, an updated Statement of Work and drawings will also be added to the amendment to clarify any issues identified while answering the questions. Due to the delay, the final solicitation date where all quotes should be submitted is being extended by 14 days. The new final date to submit a quote is 2 March 2026 at 9:00 am EST.
