Contract Description
Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to update the Period of Performance (POP) and the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) to change the monthly/annual pricing to Snow Removal and Salt Application Events pricing. This amendment will also incorporate the Questions & Answers Document as well as the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet. There will be no changes to the terms and/or conditions as a result of this amendment.
