NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Norfolk (FLCN), Regional Directorate, intends to solicit and award a sole source, firm fixed priced contract to Strategic Technology Institute IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source reasonably available, in support of Command, Naval Air Force Reserve (CNAFR) to provide support services for the Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS).
