Contract Description
SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to replace a bathroom and a galley sewer pipe in the Multi-mission Building (MMB). Work shall include providing all transportation, materials, and labor. The awarded contractor shall complete the following. Removal of current failed/cracked cast iron sewer pipe in bathroom. Replace cracked pipe with heavy duty, to code, PVC pipe and connections. Confirm repair will not leak. Cut out and replace any studs/wood/drywall where there has been rot/water damage to this area. First, snake the current failed/clogged cast iron sewer pipe underneath galley from the clean-out, outside of the MMB. If current failed/clogged cast iron sewer pipe can’t be snaked, remove this ...
