Requirement Overview The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, Colville National Forest (CNF), has a requirement for the Great American Outdoors Act (GAOA). This is a firm-fixed-price, non-personal services contract for the removal and disposal of an existing swim dock and the furnishing and installation of a new replacement swim dock at the Sullivan Lake Campground in Metaline Falls, WA.
