Only Small Businesses will be considered for award.The Government is seeking to acquire Combat Survivor Locater Evader Ultra High Frequency Base Station Support (CSEL UBS) services. Please carefully review the attached solicitation and its attachments/exhibit. To be considered for award, offerors must submit offers that comply with each requirement set forth in the solicitation.
