Contract Description
26 February 2026 This is a Pre-solicitation notice for Commercial and Military Satellite Communications Operations Support (COSMOS) at multiple geographically separated units (GSU) as identified in the COSMOS IDIQ PWS located in the Attachments/Links Section of this posting. The COSMOS contract consists of services necessary to support United States Space Force (USSF) Combat Forces Command (CFC) Commercial Satellite Communications (SATCOM) and Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) missions worldwide. The Government intends to issue the formal COSMOS solicitation on or about 13 March 2026 under Solicitation Number FA2518-25-R-P002.
