The US Coast Guard Office of Procurement & Contracting Miami Detachment (LOG 931), on behalf of U.S. Coast Guard Aids to Navigation Team St. Petersburg, FL intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price construction award to Anderson Diving, dba Logan Diving & Salvage for Diving Services , removal and disposal of four damaged round Steel Piles – Seahorse Reef Light in Cedar Key, Fl.. The contractor shall furnish all personnel and equipment to cut and remove all piles from the Seahorse Reef Light. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of rapid mobilization abilities who can meet the CG need.
