Contract Description
The purpose of this amendment is to formally incorporate Attachment 11 – Submittal Register into the solicitation. Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. AMENDMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT INSTRUCTIONS Offerors must acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001 prior to the hour and date specified for receipt of bids. Acknowledgment must be made by one of the following methods: Via SF 1442: Completing Block 19 (Acknowledgment of Amendments) on the back of the Standard Form 1442, listing the amendment number and date. Via SF 30: Signing and returning one (1) copy of the Standard Form 30 (Amendment of Solicitation) with your proposal/bid package.
